I. GENERAL CONDITIONS
1.Online store located at www.avita.pl allows you to make purchases over the Internet, it is run by AVITA Slawomir Rutz company with its seat in Osielsk 86-031, 40 Lesna Street, registered in the register of economic activity kept by the Mayor of Bydgoszcz Court - no. 94354, which was assigned an identification number NIP 554-046-26-00 and REGON 093065866.
2.Prices of goods sold in the online store are given in Polish zloty and include VAT (they are gross prices).
3.Registration in the online store by the user is tantamount to acceptance of the provisions of these regulations. By the same token, the user agrees to receive from the online store, to the e-mail address provided by the user, information necessary for the execution of the order.
4.We make every effort to ensure that the photo and description provided are fully correct and complete. We would like to mention that the presented photos are for illustrative purposes only and their color, format and size may differ from the original. If you have any doubts or wish to obtain additional information, please contact our sales department. Presented product catalog does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, and is for informational purposes only.
II. ORDERING PROCEDURE
1.Purchase of goods takes place through:
user registration, (one time, another purchase after logging in),
adding goods to the shopping cart,
indicating the delivery address,
selecting a method of payment,
agreeing with the terms of service
Each order will be confirmed electronically, and in special cases by telephone. The user has the right to cancel the order until the store employee confirms the shipment of goods.
2.Orders can be placed 24 hours a day throughout the year. Orders are processed on the next working day after the order is accepted.
3.In case of absence of the ordered goods in the warehouse, or unexpected extension of the time necessary to bring the ordered goods, the customer is informed of such fact by the customer service department, whereby the customer may cancel or change such order or part of it.
4.Incorrectly filled forms and orders not confirmed by the Buyer within 5 days will not be implemented.
5.The store reserves the right to refuse to process an order at any stage of its execution, in the case of unavailability of the ordered goods in the warehouse and at suppliers or in cases of reasonable concern and when these terms and conditions are not observed.
6.We stipulate that due to temporary shortage of goods in stock or other reasons beyond our control, we may fulfill the order partially. If there are problems with the execution of the order, we will immediately notify the buyer.
7.The cost of shipping is borne by the buyer.
8.We will issue a VAT invoice for the ordered goods.
9.The user who accepts registration in the online store, subject to his consent, will receive commercial information about services, products and special offers introduced by the online store.
III. ORDER PROCESSING
1.Purchased goods will be delivered by the carrier at the expense of the User.
2.Purchased goods are delivered to the address indicated in the order form.
3.Ordered goods are shipped and delivered only on business days.
4.All shipments sent are insured.
5.Shipments are delivered through: RABEN or GLS (depending on the weight) courier service, quality standard delivery time - 2 working days.

8.For the delay in delivery, resulting from the fault of the carrier, the store is not responsible.
IV. TRANSPORT COSTS
Transportation costs include the cost of packaging and shipping of goods.

For orders over 1000 net, shipping is at AVITA's expense.
PLEASE NOTE: AVITA reserves the right to change the cost of transport in special cases when it is not possible to pack the shipment in one parcel, both for reasons of safety of the goods and limitations of courier companies.
In the event of a possible change in transportation costs, the customer is informed each time.
V. METHOD OF DELIVERY
1.Courier company SUUS andGLS delivers packages and pallets to the indicated address. In the case of absence of the Recipient, the courier leaves an advice note with the date of reattempted delivery indicated and with an indication of where and when the Recipient can personally collect the shipment. Uncollected shipment by the ordering party will be returned to the AVITA warehouse. Re-delivery will be possible upon payment of the fees resulting from its return, equal to the cost of delivery.
2.At the time of receiving the shipment, the customer is obliged to check whether it is originally packed. The package should be wrapped with AVITA's company tape, which must not bear any signs of damage. Our company tape is white and has the AVITA logo in red. In addition, some shipments are also wrapped with stretch film. The customer is also obliged to check that the shipment does not have damage caused during transport and its completeness in the presence of the person delivering the goods. The condition for consideration of a quantitative or qualitative complaint is to draw up a "Report of Complaint" in the presence of an employee of the forwarding company SUUS or GLS. At the moment of receipt the ownership of the goods and all risks associated with the possession and use, in particular the risk of loss or damage passes to the Purchaser.
3.If you find damage to the packaging, tapes or find traces of opening the shipment, please do not accept the shipment and as soon as possible contact our store or accept the goods marking the discrepancy on the waybill at the same time writing a protocol of damage to the shipment on a special form provided by the courier and then submit a complaint to our store. Complaints submitted to our company will be accepted only with the protocol written during the reception of the shipment and signed by the courier.
4.Complaints for mechanical damage, caused during transport, will not be considered without a properly completed damage protocol with the courier delivering the shipment and without the factory packaging of the advertised goods.
5.Acceptance by you of the shipment without reservation shall extinguish claims for loss or damage.
1.Customer can choose one of the following payment methods:
ON RECEIPT (ON COLLECT) - Payment in cash to the courier upon receipt of the shipment.
TRANSFER TO BANK ACCOUNT - The customer pays the total value of the order to the bank account number, which is provided at the time of placing the order. We send the goods after the amount is credited to the account.
By CREDIT CARD - through the service platnosci.pl.
2.Shipping cost is added to the shipment, the approximate values of which are calculated automatically at the time of ordering and depend on the form of delivery and payment choice and the weight of the goods.
3.NOTE: When transferring money to our account, please include the order number in the title.

VII. RULES OF COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
1.In the case of a complaint under the warranty, you must:
a/ sign the warranty card with your name,
b/ attach a note with a description of the damage,
c/ attach a proof of purchase of the advertised goods (may be a photocopy),
d/ send the goods to the address: AVITA Slawomir Rutz, 40 Forest Street, 86-031 Osielsko at his expense.
2.AVITA sends the advertised goods to the manufacturer, and after settling the complaint sends it back at its own expense.
3.NOTE: We do not accept packages with complaints sent at our expense.
4.The day of filing a claim is the day, on which the package with the advertised goods arrived at the head office of AVITA.
5.The submitted complaint will be considered within 30 days from the date of its submission. Within 30 days, the User will receive a response containing justification, as well as information on the appeal procedure.
6.In the case of an unjustified complaint or damage to the equipment through the fault of the user, all costs of the above-mentioned procedures shall be borne by the customer.
7.In the case of a complaint regarding the amount of goods or services ordered, the User is obliged to indicate the disputed item and amount.
VIII. RESIGNATION FROM ORDER, RETURN OF GOODS.
1.If you want to resign from the order: from the goods purchased in the Online Store you can resign without giving any reason until the message that the package with the ordered goods has been sent to the buyer.
2.If you want to resign from the delivered goods: in the case of goods purchased for personal, non-business purposes, you can resign from the goods within 14 days from the date of delivery.
3.The condition for acceptance of the return is to provide the product complete without signs of use, in the original undamaged packaging, to the consignment must be accompanied by a letter stating that the equipment is sent back under the terms of return, attach the original document of purchase (invoice) and provide the exact details of the purchaser along with the bank account number to which the money is to be sent back. Please pack the returned goods securely and write "RETURN" on the parcel in a visible place.
4.The store guarantees to return an amount equal to the price of the product. The money will be returned within 14 working days by bank transfer to the account specified by the Buyer. At the same time, we would like to inform you that we do not accept any shipments sent back to us cash on delivery.
5.In the case of returning the goods, the customer will bear the cost of transportation both ways.
IX. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
1.If you want to make changes to the orders you have placed two days apart: If the order placed on the first day has not been completed (shipped) until the next order is completed, we will send both orders in one package at the customer's request (if possible and then we will only charge postage for one shipment).
2.If you want to change the order: At the request of the customer, communicated by e-mail or telephone, we can make changes to the order placed - of course, if the order has not already been packed or shipped by us.
3.You may share your account with third parties at your own risk and responsibility. If there are any changes to the personal information contained in the registration form, the User will update it immediately. The user may request the removal of their personal data from AVITA's database by sending an email to: sklep@ avita.pl or by calling 523241510.
4.All trade names, product names, company names and their logos used on the www.avita.pl store belong to their owners and are used for identification purposes only. They may be registered trademarks. All materials, descriptions and images presented on the pages of the www.avita.pl store are used for informational purposes. The content of the site (texts, images, graphics) and all its fragments are the property of AVITA, manufacturers, suppliers or cooperating companies.
5.Price in the online store - the price of the product is valid only for orders placed in the online store www.avita.pl.
