Non-foaming, alkaline liquid concentrate for cleaning and disinfecting dairy equipment, based on sodium hypochlorite and sodium hydroxide. It removes protein, fat, bacteria and fungi exceptionally effectively. It is recommended to carry out the washing process for 15 minutes, at room temperature or not exceeding 60°C, using a working solution with a concentration of 0.5-2%.
